Independent testing institute SGS Intron has conducted research on the leaching of LimeGreen® ONE-DNA™ artificial grass. The conclusion from this research is that the leaching of our ONE-DNA™ products for Landscaping and Play falls well within the stringent European criteria.

Leaching of artificial grass

The research is based on nineteen components for which criteria have been included for maximum emission values related to Soil Quality. These criteria are included in NEN 7375 & TS 16637-2. The test results are presented in SGS analysis report 223197.

These results complement previous tests regarding LimeGreen® grass, which have already established that all ONE-DNA™ products are free from hazardous substances (EU 1272/2013) and therefore 100% safe for humans and animals according to the Toy Test (EN 71-3). With this leaching test, it has now been independently confirmed that LimeGreen® ONE-DNA™ artificial grass does not contaminate the soil and groundwater through leaching.
