We are dedicated to redefining the future of artificial turf, emphasizing sustainability and responsibility. Our goal is to inspire and catalyze positive change in the artificial turf market. We believe that every step, no matter how small, is crucial. This journey with ONE-DNA™ is more than mere technological advancement; it represents a commitment to innovation. We are now faced with a pivotal challenge: to not only promise sustainability but to actively achieve it.

ONE DNA Recyling

Design to recycle?

The journey begins with “Design to Recycle”. Imagine: artificial grass that, after ten years, no longer ends up in landfills or incinerators. That’s our vision. With ONE-DNA™, based on a mono-material structure, we take on the challenge of transforming this mountain of waste into high-quality, reusable, and 100% circular products – and yes, that includes new artificial grass. And the beautiful part: we have succeeded! This milestone is much more than an achievement; it’s our promise to the planet, a commitment to sustainability and responsibility that we reaffirm every single day.

Green future in sight?

Picture this: Each piece of artificial turf made entirely from a single material type, reused in ways beneficial to both the planet and the economy. Our ambition? To produce artificial turf from one type of raw material, incorporating recycled materials like post-consumer or ocean waste, ensuring 100% local recyclability through our Take-Back program. This strategy aims to prevent unnecessary disposal of artificial turf in incinerators, guaranteeing a sustainable, value-retaining investment, even after extensive use.

Artificial grass Polluting?

Advanced techniques have led to significant energy savings and reductions in CO2 emissions in the production of ONE-DNA™ artificial grass. Yet, our efforts extend further. We are revolutionizing the field by producing artificial grass using recycled materials, encompassing ocean waste, post-consumer waste, and post-production waste. This method conserves resources and paves the way for sustainable resource utilization in the turf’s subsequent lifecycle phases.

The way
forward

Transforming waste into valuable resources. We envision a future where artificial turf is routinely accompanied by a product passport, eliminating the use of latex, focusing on heat management, promoting biodiversity, and rendering infill unnecessary. Our ambition is not to increase the demand for artificial turf, but to revolutionize its supply to align more closely with ecological and sustainable principles.

We are driving innovation within the artificial turf industry by focusing on new technologies and materials that enhance the sustainability of our products. We aim for an era where artificial turf is not only functional and aesthetically pleasing but primarily ecologically responsible. Collaboration is key to a future where artificial turf is used only where natural grass does not stand a chance, and always with the least possible impact on people and the environment.
