Artificial grass for play, sport and landscape

What if the biggest difference isn’t on top?

Many artificial grass constructions combine materials that are hard to separate for recycling. ONE-DNA™ takes a different route: built to perform, designed for recycling and measured for impact.

The difference

Turn it over.

Many constructions hold the fibre in place with a latex or polyurethane coating.

FUSEDFuseTech™ joins fibre and backing with heat.

ONE ROUTEFuseTech™ works across three material routes, and each roll follows one: 100% PE, 100% PP or 100% polyolefin (PO).

On top: dense fibre, the surface you play on.Underneath: the ONE-DNA™ backing. Fibre fused in rows, no coating.

Applications

Find your ground.

Seven places to use it. Start with the one you have in mind.

End of life

Less to separate at the end.

Specialist recyclers can process conventional artificial grass, but a coating of another material adds steps.

Simplified illustration. Typical coated construction: artificial grass fibres, primary backing and a latex or PU secondary coating, a different material that has to be separated before recycling. ONE-DNA™ construction: fibres and backing in one material route, joined by heat without a secondary coating, designed for recycling.

Evidence

Tested for the way it’s used.

Every assessment uses recognised methods and independent expertise.

Fire performance

Reaction to fire, per build-up.

Assessed for the product and the installed build-up, including any infill, using EN ISO 9239-1 and EN ISO 11925-2.

Fall safety

Critical fall height, per build-up.

Measured on complete build-ups to EN 1177. Ask which results exist for your design.

Water permeability

Tested to EN 12616.

≥ 650 l/min/m² for the tested ONE-DNA™ construction. How quickly a site drains also depends on the base built underneath it.

Substances

Substances of concern, tested.

Material testing for substances of very high concern, PAHs and the migration of elements.

Life cycle assessment

Life cycle assessment, following EN 15804+A2.

Part of how ONE-DNA™ products are developed: it shows where impact sits across the life cycle, and what to improve.

Technical documentation

Ask for what your project needs.

Tell us the product and build-up, and we’ll help you find the relevant documents.
