Many constructions hold the fiber in place with a latex or polyurethane coating. ONE-DNA™ fuses fiber and backing with heat instead.

Artificial grass for play, sport and landscape
What if the biggest difference isn’t on top?
Many artificial grass constructions combine materials that are hard to separate for recycling. ONE-DNA™ takes a different route: built to perform, designed for recycling and measured for impact.
The difference
Turn it over.
FUSEDFuseTech™ joins fiber and backing with heat.
ONE ROUTEEach roll follows one material route: 100% PE, 100% PP or 100% polyolefin (PO).

On top: dense fiber, the surface you play on.Underneath: the ONE-DNA™ backing. Fiber fused in rows, no coating.
Applications
Find your ground.
Seven places to use it. Start with the one you have in mind.
End of life
Less to separate at the end.
Specialist recyclers can process conventional artificial grass, but a coating of another material adds steps. ONE-DNA™ is designed with material recovery in mind, so there is less to separate.
Simplified illustration. Constructions vary by product. Whether a surface is recycled depends on collection, ownership decisions, sorting and the processing available locally.
In use
From London to Brisbane. Amsterdam to Stockholm.
Real projects in five countries.
Partners
Developed with TenCate Grass. Our US partner: SGW.
ONE-DNA™ was developed together with TenCate Grass, a synthetic turf group with companies across the United States, including Synthetic Grass Warehouse (SGW). Production uses FuseTech™ technology from TenCate Grass at its facility in Cortegaça, Portugal.
Legacy Technology by

Evidence
Tested for the way it’s used.
Testing is part of how we develop ONE-DNA™. We assess safety, performance, material composition and environmental impact, using recognized methods and independent expertise.
Fire performance
Reaction to fire, per build-up.
Assessed for the product and the installed build-up, including any infill, using the European test methods EN ISO 9239-1 and EN ISO 11925-2.
Fall safety
Critical fall height, per build-up.
Measured on complete build-ups to the European standard EN 1177. Ask which results exist for your design.
Water permeability
Tested to EN 12616.
≥ 650 l/min/m² (about 1,535 in/hr) for the tested ONE-DNA™ construction. How quickly a site drains also depends on the base built underneath it.
Substances
Substances of concern, tested.
Material testing for substances of very high concern under EU REACH, PAHs and the migration of elements.
Life cycle assessment
Life cycle assessment, following EN 15804+A2.
Part of how ONE-DNA™ products are developed: it shows where impact sits across the life cycle, and what to improve.
Technical documentation
Ask for what your project needs.
Tell us the product and build-up, and we’ll help you find the relevant documents.
