N2N Turf introduces ONE-DNA™ to the United States market

In June 2023, Next 2 Natural Turf (N2N Turf), a subsidiary of Graff’s Turf, added ONE-DNA™ artificial grass to its product portfolio, expanding the availability of the product within the United States.

With operations in Colorado and Texas, N2N Turf brought more than four decades of experience in the turf sector and served a broad range of residential, commercial and recreational customers.

A strong foundation in turf solutions

For more than 40 years, Graff’s Turf and N2N Turf had supplied turf products for a wide variety of applications, including:

  • Residential landscaping
  • Commercial developments
  • Recreational facilities
  • Sports environments

Through this experience, the company had developed extensive knowledge of the requirements associated with different climate zones, project types and customer needs across the American market.

Expanding the product portfolio

As customer requirements evolved, N2N Turf expanded its offering with the introduction of ONE-DNA™ artificial grass.

At the time, ONE-DNA™ was made in 100% PE (one polymer) and had been developed for landscaping, playground and recreational applications.

The product was designed to provide a natural-looking surface while offering the practical benefits associated with artificial grass systems.

Product Design

ONE-DNA™ differed from many conventional artificial grass products through its one-polymer structure.

The product was supported by a range of independent assessments and technical documentation, including:

  • Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), verified later, in 2024
  • Product ageing assessments
  • Fire classification testing
  • Leaching assessments
  • Material composition evaluations

This documentation provided objective information to support project planning and product selection.

Supporting the US market

By introducing ONE-DNA™ to its customer base, N2N Turf expanded the range of artificial grass options available to landscape professionals, developers, municipalities and homeowners.

The collaboration combined the ONE-DNA™ product development approach with N2N Turf’s experience in distribution, project support and customer service in the United States.

Looking ahead

The introduction of ONE-DNA™ marked another step in the growth of N2N Turf’s product offering at the time.

By combining industry experience with innovative product design, N2N Turf and ONE-DNA™ aimed to provide customers with additional options for landscaping and recreational surface projects across the American market.

Update, October 2026: this article was first published in June 2023 and is kept as a historical record. This partnership is no longer active. ONE-DNA™ currently has no distribution partner in the United States. The range at the time was based on polyethylene (PE); see Technology. The EPDs mentioned (MRPI, 2024) covered the product stage (A1 to A3) of products made at the former Hasselt site and do not represent current production in Portugal.
