Description

Soccer that happens close to home

Much of the soccer young people play happens close to home: a school pitch, a five-a-side area, a multi-use court in the neighbourhood. Councils, schools and sports contractors need those surfaces to take ball play every day without the budget of a stadium pitch. ONE-DNA™ Matrix 30 is developed for that setting.

A soccer surface is only as good as its build-up. Infill, shockpad, base and drainage decide how the ball rolls and how the pitch responds underfoot, so ONE-DNA™ Matrix 30 is specified as part of a system, and any soccer standard a project needs is confirmed by testing the installed pitch.

Everything a specifier needs

Colors

Junior soccer, neighbourhood kick-about areas, community pitches and multi-use courts. The level of play a pitch is built for is set in the project specification and confirmed by testing the installed pitch.
ONE-DNA™ 100% PO, combining the softness of PE fibres with the stability of a PP backing. ONE-DNA™ Matrix 30 is offered in this route only.
Built with FuseTech™, which bonds the fibres into the backing with heat instead of a latex or polyurethane secondary coating.
Tufted. Yarn type, pile weight, stitch density and roll dimensions are stated in the technical datasheet.
The infill specification is set out in the installation guidelines. Infill changes how a soccer surface plays and how it is tested, so it is specified together with the build-up.
Synthetic turf, infill, any shockpad and base together decide how the pitch plays. Ball roll, ball rebound and the response underfoot are measured on the installed pitch. Tell us the level of play and we'll advise on the build-up.
Under the FIFA Quality Programme, FIFA Quality and FIFA Quality Pro certificates are awarded to installed fields after laboratory and on-site testing, not to a synthetic turf product on its own. Tell us the standard your project has to meet and we'll set out the evidence available.
650 l/min/m², the same for every ONE-DNA™ product.
Reaction to fire for ONE-DNA™ Matrix 30 depends on the installed build-up, because infill changes the result. No reaction-to-fire test result is published yet for this product. Ask us if your project has a fire requirement.
Warranty and maintenance conditions are set out in our warranty terms.

Designed for recycling

It starts with the materials

Fibre and backing are joined without a latex or polyurethane coating, within one material route. Whether the product is recycled depends on collection and local processing.
