I Harsewinkel, en stad mellan M\u00fcnster och Bielefeld, har Heiler anlagt sin f\u00f6rsta konstgr\u00e4splan med ONE-DNA\u2122 i Tyskland. Planen ligger i en v\u00e4lbes\u00f6kt stadspark och \u00e4r en m\u00e5ngsidig yta f\u00f6r idrott, fritid och vardaglig anv\u00e4ndning.<\/p>\n

Byggd kring materialdesign<\/h4>\n

M\u00e5nga konventionella konstgr\u00e4ssystem best\u00e5r av flera material i en och samma uppbyggnad. ONE-DNA\u2122 g\u00e5r en annan v\u00e4g. Planen i Harsewinkel anlades i 100% PE (en enda polymer), med transparent materialsammans\u00e4ttning och dokumenterad produktinformation.<\/p>\n

Projektet i Harsewinkel visar hur materialfr\u00e5gor kan v\u00e4gas in vid sidan av prestanda, slitstyrka och anv\u00e4ndbarhet n\u00e4r idrottsanl\u00e4ggningar utvecklas.<\/p>\n

En plats att leka p\u00e5 f\u00f6r alla<\/h4>\n

Sedan invigningen i april 2025 har planen blivit en aktiv plats d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor i alla \u00e5ldrar spelar, tr\u00e4nar och m\u00f6ts. Med sitt l\u00e4ge i stadsparken bidrar anl\u00e4ggningen till en v\u00e4lkomnande milj\u00f6 f\u00f6r skolor, boende och idrottsintresserade.<\/p>\n

Projektet visar hur v\u00e4l utformade idrottsytor kan st\u00f6dja regelbunden anv\u00e4ndning i lokalsamh\u00e4llet och samtidigt ha den prestanda som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas av moderna konstgr\u00e4ssystem.<\/p>\n

Samarbete<\/h4>\n

Projektet genomf\u00f6rdes i samarbete mellan Heiler, GreenFields och ONE-DNA\u2122-teamet. Med mer \u00e4n 60 \u00e5rs erfarenhet av att anl\u00e4gga idrottsplaner forts\u00e4tter Heiler att utforska nya s\u00e4tt att utforma och anl\u00e4gga idrottsytor.<\/p>\n

Genom att kombinera teknisk kompetens med innovativ materialdesign levererade partnerna en plan som uppfyller prestandakraven och har transparent materialinformation.<\/p>\n

D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det viktigt<\/h4>\n

Projektet i Harsewinkel var en viktig milstolpe f\u00f6r ONE-DNA\u2122 i Tyskland. Det visade ett v\u00e4xande intresse f\u00f6r konstgr\u00e4ssystem d\u00e4r materialsammans\u00e4ttning, dokumentation och prestanda v\u00e4gs in tillsammans vid specifikationen.<\/p>\n

I takt med att samtalet om transparens kring material utvecklas i branschen visar projekt som detta hur designval i b\u00f6rjan kan p\u00e5verka hur idrottsytor f\u00f6rst\u00e5s under hela sin livscykel.<\/p>\n
