Enten et prosjekt er en midlertidig installasjon eller et permanent offentlig rom, m\u00e5 materialene ofte oppfylle fastsatte krav til brannegenskaper.<\/p>\n<p>I 2024 ble ONE-DNA\u2122 kunstgress testet uavhengig ved Universitetet i Gent og klassifisert Cfl-s1 etter EN 13501-1 i den testede oppbyggingen.<\/p>\n<h4>Hva er Cfl-s1?<\/h4>\n<p>Cfl-s1 er en europeisk klasse for reaksjon ved brann for gulvbelegg etter EN 13501-1.<\/p>\n<p>Klassen beskriver hvordan et gulvbelegg oppf\u00f8rer seg n\u00e5r det utsettes for brann, blant annet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flammespredning<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8ykutvikling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For arkitekter, prosjekterende og byggherrer gir et testresultat for den oppbyggingen de planlegger \u00e5 bruke, et dokumentert grunnlag for \u00e5 vurdere om den egner seg.<\/p>\n<h4>Hvorfor branntesting betyr noe<\/h4>\n<p>Brannkrav er s\u00e6rlig relevante i:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Offentlige bygg<\/li>\n<li>Kontorer<\/li>\n<li>Utdanningsinstitusjoner<\/li>\n<li>Utstillingshaller<\/li>\n<li>Butikkmilj\u00f8er<\/li>\n<li>Arrangementslokaler<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I mange situasjoner m\u00e5 gulvmaterialer ha dokumenterte brannegenskaper f\u00f8r de kan godkjennes for bruk. Kunstgress er intet unntak: testing under kontrollerte forhold er m\u00e5ten ytelsen verifiseres mot de relevante kravene p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<h4>Den testede oppbyggingen<\/h4>\n<p>En brannklasse h\u00f8rer til oppbyggingen som ble testet, ikke til et produkt generelt. Om det brukes innfyll, underlag eller et annet underlag under, kan endre resultatet.<\/p>\n<p>Det testede ONE-DNA\u2122-produktet har en konstruksjon uten konvensjonelt belegg av lateks eller polyuretan. I den testede oppbyggingen ga dette:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dokumenterte brannegenskaper i den testede oppbyggingen<\/li>\n<li>Et naturlig utseende<\/li>\n<li>Mindre materialkompleksitet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Egnet for flere bruksomr\u00e5der<\/h4>\n<p>Kunstgress med en tilsvarende, dokumentert brannklasse for gulv kan vurderes for milj\u00f8er som:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Messer og utstillinger<\/li>\n<li>Arrangementslokaler<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e6ringslokaler innend\u00f8rs<\/li>\n<li>Utdanningsinstitusjoner<\/li>\n<li>Offentlige bygg<\/li>\n<li>Uteromsprosjekter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tak vurderes separat (BROOF), ikke med gulvklassene Bfl eller Cfl.<\/p>\n<h4>Trenger du en annen klasse?<\/h4>\n<p>I 2024 ble utvalgte ONE-DNA\u2122-produkter ogs\u00e5 klassifisert Bfl-s1 etter EN 13501-1 i den testede oppbyggingen, noe som kan passe for prosjekter med strengere krav.<\/p>\n<p>Prosjekterende kan velge den l\u00f8sningen som passer til de regulatoriske og tekniske kravene, og kontrollere at oppbyggingen samsvarer med testen.<\/p>\n<h4>Uavhengig testet<\/h4>\n<p>Resultatene bygger p\u00e5 uavhengig testing ved Universitetet i Gent etter EN ISO 9239-1 og EN ISO 11925-2. Om et prosjekt oppfyller kravene, avhenger av oppbyggingen som legges, og av regelverket som gjelder.<\/p>\n<p><em>Oppdatering, oktober 2026: denne artikkelen beskriver testresultater fra 2024 for tidligere ONE-DNA\u2122-konstruksjoner i 100% PE.
