{"id":27553,"date":"2023-07-05T13:49:03","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T11:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/one-dna.com\/?p=27553"},"modified":"2026-11-02T07:48:08","modified_gmt":"2026-11-02T06:48:08","slug":"samarbeid-med-gbn-innsamling-og-bearbeiding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/one-dna.com\/no\/samarbeid-med-gbn-innsamling-og-bearbeiding\/","title":{"rendered":"Samarbeid med GBN om innsamling og bearbeiding av materialer (2023)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I juli 2023 inngikk GBN Artificial Grass Recycling (AGR) og ONE-DNA\u2122 et samarbeid om innsamling og bearbeiding av materialer fra ONE-DNA\u2122 kunstgress i Nederland og utvalgte naboland i Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Samarbeidet skulle skape en egen vei for innsamling av kapp fra montering og kvalifiserte ONE-DNA\u2122-produkter etter bruk.<\/p>\n<h4>Vekt p\u00e5 materialh\u00e5ndtering<\/h4>\n<p>Etter hvert som produsenter, mont\u00f8rer og kommuner ser n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 hvordan materialer h\u00e5ndteres gjennom hele livsl\u00f8pet, blir infrastruktur for innsamling og bearbeiding stadig viktigere.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 den tiden var ONE-DNA\u2122 kunstgress laget i 100% PE (\u00e9n polymer). Denne oppbyggingen skilte seg fra mange konvensjonelle kunstgressystemer som inneholder flere polymerer og belegg.<\/p>\n<p>Samarbeidet med GBN AGR ble etablert for \u00e5 st\u00f8tte separat innsamling og bearbeiding av ONE-DNA\u2122-materialer.<\/p>\n<h4>Innsamlingsnettverk<\/h4>\n<p>Som en del av initiativet var det planlagt innsamlingspunkter hos deltakende partnere.<\/p>\n<p>Innsamlingspunktene var tiltenkt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kapp fra montering i prosjekter<\/li>\n<li>Kvalifiserte ONE-DNA\u2122-materialer levert tilbake gjennom innsamlingsprogrammer<\/li>\n<li>Andre godkjente materialstr\u00f8mmer knyttet til ONE-DNA\u2122-produkter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00e5let var \u00e5 legge til rette for effektiv logistikk og materialh\u00e5ndtering i nettverket.<\/p>\n<h4>Egen bearbeidingsvei<\/h4>\n<p>If\u00f8lge GBN AGR skulle ONE-DNA\u2122-materialer bearbeides atskilt fra konvensjonelle str\u00f8mmer av kunstgress.<\/p>\n<p>Den separate bearbeidingen skulle holde materialet ensartet gjennom hele gjenvinningsprosessen, i tr\u00e5d med designet med \u00e9n polymer i ONE-DNA\u2122-sortimentet p\u00e5 den tiden.<\/p>\n<h4>Returordningen i 2023<\/h4>\n<p>P\u00e5 den tiden st\u00f8ttet samarbeidet ogs\u00e5 returordningen som fantes da.<\/p>\n<p>To innsamlingsveier var planlagt:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kapp fra montering: <\/strong>Materiale fra monteringen kunne samles inn og lagres hos deltakende partnere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utrangerte produkter: <\/strong>under den ordningen kunne kvalifiserte ONE-DNA\u2122-produkter leveres tilbake og sendes videre til den fastsatte veien for innsamling og bearbeiding.<\/p>\n<h4>Samarbeid i bransjen<\/h4>\n<p>Daglig leder Jasper Eppingbroek sa:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Materialsammensetning, infrastruktur for innsamling og bearbeidingsveier blir stadig viktigere temaer i bransjen v\u00e5r. Dette samarbeidet bidrar til \u00e5 etablere en egen vei for ONE-DNA\u2122-materialer og st\u00f8tter v\u00e5r vekt p\u00e5 produktdesign med monomateriale.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Eric van Roekel, administrerende direkt\u00f8r i GBN Group, la til:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ved \u00e5 samarbeide i hele verdikjeden kan vi skape praktiske l\u00f8sninger for innsamling og bearbeiding som bidrar til mer \u00e5penhet og sporbarhet i materialstr\u00f8mmene for kunstgress.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4>Veien videre<\/h4>\n<p>Samarbeidet med GBN AGR var et operativt steg mot egne veier for innsamling og bearbeiding av kunstgress laget av \u00e9n polymer.<\/p>\n<p>Ved \u00e5 kombinere produktdesign, innsamlingslogistikk og kompetanse p\u00e5 materialbearbeiding ville begge organisasjonene bidra til videre utvikling av l\u00f8sninger for materialh\u00e5ndtering i kunstgressbransjen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Oppdatering, oktober 2026: denne artikkelen beskriver situasjonen da den ble publisert (juli 2023).
