Het resultaat is een schoolplein dat is ingericht op intensief dagelijks gebruik, met ondergronden die zijn ontworpen voor recycling.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingericht op dagelijks gebruik<\/h4>\n<p>Bij de planning van de renovatie zocht de school naar een oplossing die kinderen een aantrekkelijke en veilige speelomgeving biedt, met oog voor de prestaties van de gebruikte materialen op de lange termijn.<\/p>\n<p>Schoolpleinen worden het hele jaar door intensief gebruikt. Op sommige plekken is het lastig om een gelijkmatige grasmat te behouden, door het vele lopen en het geconcentreerde spelen rond de toestellen.<\/p>\n<p>Voor die zones kan valdempend kunstgras een alternatief zijn dat zowel veiligheid als bruikbaarheid in alle seizoenen ondersteunt.<\/p>\n<h4>Materiaalkeuze<\/h4>\n<p>Op het schoolplein ligt ONE-DNA\u2122 Play-kunstgras, een product dat destijds was opgebouwd uit 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer) en is ontworpen voor recycling.<\/p>\n<p>In combinatie met de speeltoestellen van Kompan laat het project zien hoe scholen aspecten als levensduur, onderhoud, veiligheid en materiaalterugwinning kunnen meenemen in het ontwerp van een schoolplein.<\/p>\n<h4>Samenwerken<\/h4>\n<p>Projecten als dit laten zien hoe scholen, leveranciers en aannemers samen nieuwe benaderingen voor de inrichting van speelplekken kunnen verkennen. Door materialen zorgvuldig te kiezen en naar de volledige levenscyclus van producten te kijken, kunnen organisaties onderbouwde keuzes maken die passen bij hun functionele eisen en doelen op de lange termijn.<\/p>\n<p>We danken basisschool De Klimop en alle projectpartners voor de samenwerking en zijn trots dat we hebben bijgedragen aan deze nieuwe speelomgeving.<\/p>\n<p><em>Update, oktober 2026: dit artikel beschrijft het ONE-DNA\u2122-assortiment ten tijde van publicatie, gebaseerd op polyethyleen (PE).
