Materiaalsamenstelling, productdocumentatie en onafhankelijk geverifieerde productinformatie worden belangrijke factoren in het besluitvormingsproces.<\/p>\n<p>ONE-DNA\u2122-kunstgras is ontwikkeld als 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer) en was destijds onderbouwd met een reeks onafhankelijke beoordelingen en technische documentatie.<\/p>\n<h4>Wat is een product van \u00e9\u00e9n polymeer?<\/h4>\n<p>Veel kunstgrasproducten worden gemaakt van combinaties van verschillende polymeren, coatings en rugmaterialen.<\/p>\n<p>ONE-DNA\u2122-kunstgras is gebaseerd op polyethyleen (PE) en heeft daarmee een opbouw van 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer).<\/p>\n<p>E\u00e9n polymeer in het hele product maakt een andere ontwerpbenadering mogelijk dan bij producten die meerdere materiaalsoorten combineren.<\/p>\n<h4>Productdocumentatie en transparantie<\/h4>\n<p>Onafhankelijke documentatie speelt een steeds grotere rol bij de beoordeling van producten.<\/p>\n<p>ONE-DNA\u2122-producten waren destijds onderbouwd met een reeks beoordelingen en testrapporten die informatie geven over productsamenstelling, prestaties en materiaaleigenschappen.<\/p>\n<p>Daaronder vallen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Milieuproductverklaringen (EPD&#8217;s) uit 2024 (MRPI, modules A1 tot en met A3, voormalige productie in Hasselt)<\/li>\n<li>Brandclassificatietests<\/li>\n<li>Tests volgens EN 71-3<\/li>\n<li>Uitlogingsonderzoek<\/li>\n<li>Verouderingsonderzoek<\/li>\n<li>Beoordeling van de materiaalsamenstelling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Samen geven deze documenten objectieve informatie die de projectplanning en productkeuze kan ondersteunen.<\/p>\n<h4>Milieuproductverklaringen (EPD&#8217;s)<\/h4>\n<p>ONE-DNA\u2122-producten werden destijds ondersteund door onafhankelijk geverifieerde MRPI-milieuproductverklaringen (EPD&#8217;s) uit 2024 (modules A1 tot en met A3, productie op de voormalige locatie in Hasselt).<\/p>\n<p>Een EPD is een gestandaardiseerd document dat informatie geeft over een product op basis van een levenscyclusanalyse (LCA) en dat internationaal erkende methodieken volgt.<\/p>\n<p>Met EPD&#8217;s kunnen producten met dezelfde functie binnen een gemeenschappelijk kader worden beoordeeld, en ze bieden transparantie over milieu-informatie.<\/p>\n<h4>Onafhankelijk onderzoek<\/h4>\n<p>ONE-DNA\u2122-producten zijn door onafhankelijke organisaties getest op verschillende aspecten van productprestaties en materiaalgedrag.<\/p>\n<p>Voorbeelden zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verouderingsonderzoek<\/li>\n<li>Versnelde verouderingstests geven informatie over het materiaalgedrag na blootstelling aan gesimuleerde langdurige omgevingsinvloeden.<\/li>\n<li>Uitlogingsonderzoek<\/li>\n<li>Er is onafhankelijk onderzoek uitgevoerd volgens erkende Europese normen om de afgifte van stoffen onder vastgelegde testomstandigheden te beoordelen.<\/li>\n<li>Brandclassificatie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Geselecteerde ONE-DNA\u2122-producten zijn voor specifieke toepassingen getest volgens de geldende normen voor brandclassificatie.<\/p>\n<h4>Veiligheidstests<\/h4>\n<p>Tests volgens EN 71-3 geven informatie over de migratie van bepaalde elementen en ondersteunen toepassingen waarbij de veiligheid van kinderen een belangrijke rol speelt.<\/p>\n<p>Aandachtspunten bij de productkeuze<\/p>\n<p>Bij de beoordeling van kunstgras wordt doorgaans gekeken naar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uitstraling<\/li>\n<li>Prestaties<\/li>\n<li>Onderhoudseisen<\/li>\n<li>Productsamenstelling<\/li>\n<li>Onafhankelijke testresultaten<\/li>\n<li>Beschikbare certificeringen<\/li>\n<li>Milieudocumentatie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hoe zwaar elk criterium weegt, hangt af van de specifieke eisen van het project.<\/p>\n<h4>Vooruitblik<\/h4>\n<p>Nu de vraag naar transparantie over producten blijft groeien, worden onafhankelijke tests en gedocumenteerde productinformatie steeds belangrijker.<\/p>\n<p>ONE-DNA\u2122-kunstgras staat voor een focus op productontwerp met 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer), technische documentatie en onafhankelijk geverifieerde productinformatie, zodat klanten beschikken over objectieve gegevens voor onderbouwde beslissingen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Update, oktober 2026: dit artikel beschrijft het ONE-DNA\u2122-assortiment ten tijde van publicatie, gebaseerd op polyethyleen (PE). ONE-DNA\u2122 omvat inmiddels ook een route in 100% PO; zie <a href=\"\/nl\/technologie\/\">Technologie<\/a>.
