In 2022 werd ONE-DNA\u2122-kunstgras ge\u00efntroduceerd als kunstgras van 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer), ontwikkeld voor landschapsinrichting, speelplekken en recreatieve sport. Na de uitbreiding van de productiecapaciteit introduceert het groeiende ONE-DNA\u2122-partnernetwerk ONE-DNA\u2122 nu in steeds meer projecten en markten.<\/p>\n

Een andere benadering van productontwerp<\/h4>\n

ONE-DNA\u2122-kunstgras is ontworpen als 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer), een opbouw die verschilt van veel conventionele kunstgrassystemen.<\/p>\n

Traditioneel kunstgras wordt vaak gemaakt van combinaties van verschillende materialen, waaronder polyethyleen (PE), polypropyleen (PP), latex, polyurethaan (PU) of andere rug- en coatingcomponenten. Die materiaalcombinaties kunnen bepalen hoe producten na gebruik worden behandeld en verwerkt.<\/p>\n

De ontwikkeling van ONE-DNA\u2122 volgt een Design for Recycling-benadering, waarbij de materiaalsamenstelling al in de ontwerpfase wordt meegewogen.<\/p>\n

Inspelen op ontwikkelingen in de branche<\/h4>\n

De kunstgrasbranche blijft zich ontwikkelen, nu klanten, installateurs, gemeenten en andere betrokkenen steeds vaker naar de volledige levenscyclus van producten kijken.<\/p>\n

In de sportsector gaat het al jaren over onderwerpen als inzameling, verwerking en materiaalbeheer aan het einde van de levensduur van een product. Vergelijkbare discussies worden nu ook gebruikelijker bij landschapsinrichting, speelplekken en recreatieve toepassingen.<\/p>\n

ONE-DNA\u2122 is ontwikkeld als antwoord op deze ontwikkelingen en biedt een alternatief productontwerp op basis van 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer).<\/p>\n

Ervaring uit de branche<\/h4>\n

\u201cWe zijn sinds 2007 actief in de kunstgrasmarkt en hebben gezien hoe de verwachtingen van klanten en de eisen in de branche zich blijven ontwikkelen\u201d, vertelt Ed Donkers.<\/p>\n

Kunstgras biedt praktische oplossingen voor tuinen, speelplekken en sportaccommodaties. Tegelijk is er steeds meer aandacht voor onderwerpen als materiaalsamenstelling, transparantie over producten en de verwerking aan het einde van de levensduur. Die ontwikkelingen hebben de totstandkoming van ONE-DNA\u2122 en onze focus op productontwerp met 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer) be\u00efnvloed.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Het ONE-DNA\u2122-partnernetwerk<\/h4>\n

ONE-DNA\u2122 werkt samen met een groeiend netwerk van partners. Zij delen een interesse in innovatie, transparantie over producten en de verdere ontwikkeling van kunstgrasoplossingen voor landschapsinrichting, spelen en recreatieve toepassingen.<\/p>\n

Door samen te werken in verschillende markten en regio’s helpt het ONE-DNA\u2122-partnernetwerk om ONE-DNA\u2122 te introduceren bij klanten die op zoek zijn naar kwalitatief hoogwaardig kunstgras met gedocumenteerde productinformatie en een Design for Recycling-filosofie.<\/p>\n

Vooruitblik<\/h4>\n

Naarmate de kunstgrasbranche zich verder ontwikkelt, blijven productontwerp, materiaalsamenstelling en transparantie naar verwachting belangrijke onderwerpen. Met ONE-DNA\u2122 en het ONE-DNA\u2122-partnernetwerk blijven we nieuwe benaderingen verkennen die aansluiten bij deze veranderende eisen in de branche.<\/p>\n
