De ingebruikname van de nieuwe ONE-DNA\u2122-productielijn bij Safina in Portugal is een belangrijke mijlpaal in de ontwikkeling van het ONE-DNA\u2122-platform. Het is meer dan een uitbreiding van de productie: het markeert de volgende fase in het op grotere schaal op de markt brengen van kunstgrassystemen in 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer).<\/p>\n

Van concept naar productie<\/h4>\n

Wat begon als ontwerpvraagstuk, is uitgegroeid tot een volledig operationeel productieproces. De centrale vraag was eenvoudig: kan kunstgras worden ontwikkeld rond een ontwerp in 100% PE (\u00e9\u00e9n polymeer) en tegelijk voldoen aan de prestatie-eisen die je van moderne kunstgrassystemen mag verwachten?<\/p>\n

De nieuwe productielijn levert de productiecapaciteit die nodig is om de verdere groei van ONE-DNA\u2122 in landschap, spelen, sport en evenementen te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n

Gebouwd op schaal<\/h4>\n

De faciliteit bij Safina is ingericht op een effici\u00ebnte en constante productie van ONE-DNA\u2122-producten. Nu de vraag naar transparante materiaalsamenstelling en gedocumenteerde productinformatie blijft groeien, vormt de nieuwe productielijn de basis voor een bredere toepassing in de markt.<\/p>\n

De ingebruikname is ook het resultaat van de nauwe samenwerking tussen het ONE-DNA\u2122-team, Safina en een groeiend netwerk van partners in Europa.<\/p>\n

Een mijlpaal om te vieren<\/h4>\n

Bij de offici\u00eble opening in april kwamen partners en vakmensen uit de branche uit heel Europa bij elkaar. Twee dagen lang deelden de deelnemers ervaringen, verkenden ze nieuwe ontwikkelingen en spraken ze over de toekomst van kunstgrasontwerp.<\/p>\n

Hoogtepunt van het evenement was de onthulling van de nieuwe productiefaciliteit, met een eerste blik op het productieproces achter de volgende generatie ONE-DNA\u2122-producten.<\/p>\n

Vooruitblik<\/h4>\n

De nieuwe productielijn is een belangrijke stap in de verdere ontwikkeling van ONE-DNA\u2122. Met meer productiecapaciteit en groeiende belangstelling uit de markt blijft de focus liggen op materiaalontwerp, transparante materiaalsamenstelling en gedocumenteerde productprestaties.
