Artificial Green
Roof systems

Transform unusable and unattractive flat roofs into low-maintenance, green spaces suitable for versatile use. EverRoof®’s patented fire and wind classified artificial green roof systems promise quality and durability.

Artificial grass gives the roof a green and vibrant appearance, which improves the overall appearance of the building and contributes to an attractive environment.

Using artificial grass on roofs can make the space more functional by transforming it into a green roof. This can serve as a recreational area, garden, or relaxation area, depending on the space available and the needs of the users.

Artificial grass acts as an insulating layer on the roof, which can help reduce heat in summer and retain warmth in winter. It can also absorb sound, reducing noise pollution from outside.

Artificial grass provides a protective layer for the roof membrane, protecting it from damage caused by UV rays, extreme weather conditions and mechanical stress.

EVR-1 Basic

EVR 1 is installed onto flat roof and podium areas to standard 1:60 – 1:80 falls, where additional build up is not required. This system is not suitable for inverted roofs.

EVR 3 is used where the roof requires additional build-up for level transitions and level floor finishes. This system is suited for straight and angular designed spaces and is ideal for inverted roofs, as paving acts as ballast to help secure insulation against wind uplift.

Sustainable drainage
systems (SuDS)

Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) offer a modern approach to managing surface water runoff that brings numerous benefits to communities and the environment. Water retention is important for several reasons that have environmental, economic and social benefits. By capturing water and releasing it slowly, water retention systems help reduce peak discharges during heavy rainfall, reducing the risk of flooding in urban areas.

By capturing excess rainwater, water retention systems help reduce the risk of flooding, especially in urban areas where the soil is often less permeable.

In urban areas, water bodies and associated vegetation can help cool the microclimate, contributing to reducing the urban heat island effect.

By retaining water and allowing slow infiltration to aquifers, these systems support groundwater recharge, which is crucial for drinking water sources and ecosystems.

By slowing down water runoff, water retention systems can help prevent soil erosion, which is important for maintaining fertile soils in agricultural areas.

Water buffering

Modular crates engineered for storm water management, including retention, attenuation, and infiltration. These crates are easily stackable, forming an underground tank for storm water storage or facilitating its infiltration into the surrounding soil. In heavy rain, the crates’ void fills with storm water, which gradually drains into the drainage system for attenuation or drains into the groundwater table for infiltration.

This modular system is specifically designed for effective storm water management, gradually releasing stormwater into the surrounding soil. Featuring a Hydrorock intermediate layer of stone wool, the system locally retains water, then slowly discharges it to the soil beneath once it starts to dry. The speed of this process varies with the type of soil. With an impressive absorption and discharge capacity of 94% of its volume, the amount of water it can hold depends on the size of the system. This innovative approach ensures efficient water management and contributes to the reduction of flood risks.
