{"id":29436,"date":"2023-07-05T13:49:03","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T11:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/one-dna.com\/?p=29436"},"modified":"2026-11-02T23:09:04","modified_gmt":"2026-11-02T22:09:04","slug":"samarbejde-med-gbn-indsamling-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/one-dna.com\/da\/samarbejde-med-gbn-indsamling-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Samarbejde med GBN om indsamling og forarbejdning af materiale (2023)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I juli 2023 indgik GBN Artificial Grass Recycling (AGR) og ONE-DNA\u2122 et samarbejde om indsamling og forarbejdning af ONE-DNA\u2122 kunstgr\u00e6smaterialer i Nederlandene og udvalgte europ\u00e6iske nabomarkeder.<\/p>\n<p>Samarbejdet skulle skabe en s\u00e6rlig rute for indsamling af afsk\u00e6r fra installationer og egnede ONE-DNA\u2122-produkter efter brug.<\/p>\n<h4>Fokus p\u00e5 materialeh\u00e5ndtering<\/h4>\n<p>Efterh\u00e5nden som producenter, mont\u00f8rer og kommuner ser n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5, hvordan materialer h\u00e5ndteres gennem hele livscyklussen, bliver infrastruktur til indsamling og forarbejdning stadig vigtigere.<\/p>\n<p>Dengang var ONE-DNA\u2122 kunstgr\u00e6s fremstillet i 100% PE (\u00e9n polymer). Den opbygning adskilte sig fra mange konventionelle kunstgr\u00e6ssystemer, der indeholder flere polymerer og bel\u00e6gninger.<\/p>\n<p>Samarbejdet med GBN AGR blev etableret for at underst\u00f8tte separat indsamling og forarbejdning af ONE-DNA\u2122-materialer.<\/p>\n<h4>Indsamlingsnetv\u00e6rk<\/h4>\n<p>Som en del af initiativet var der planlagt indsamlingssteder hos deltagende partnere.<\/p>\n<p>Indsamlingsstederne var tilt\u00e6nkt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Afsk\u00e6r fra installationer i projekterne<\/li>\n<li>Egnede ONE-DNA\u2122-materialer, der blev returneret via indsamlingsordninger<\/li>\n<li>Andre godkendte materialestr\u00f8mme knyttet til ONE-DNA\u2122-produkter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00e5let var at g\u00f8re logistik og materialeh\u00e5ndtering i netv\u00e6rket effektiv.<\/p>\n<h4>Separat forarbejdningsrute<\/h4>\n<p>If\u00f8lge GBN AGR skulle ONE-DNA\u2122-materialer forarbejdes adskilt fra de konventionelle kunstgr\u00e6sstr\u00f8mme.<\/p>\n<p>Den separate forarbejdning skulle bevare materialets ensartethed gennem hele genanvendelsesprocessen, i tr\u00e5d med det dav\u00e6rende ONE-DNA\u2122-sortiments design af \u00e9n polymer.<\/p>\n<h4>Tilbagetagningsordningen i 2023<\/h4>\n<p>Dengang underst\u00f8ttede samarbejdet ogs\u00e5 den tilbagetagningsordning, der fandtes i den periode.<\/p>\n<p>Der var planlagt to indsamlingsruter:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Afsk\u00e6r fra installationer: <\/strong>Materiale fra installationen kunne indsamles og opbevares hos deltagende partnere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Udtjente produkter: <\/strong>under den dav\u00e6rende ordning kunne egnede ONE-DNA\u2122-produkter returneres og ledes ind i den fastlagte rute for indsamling og forarbejdning.<\/p>\n<h4>Samarbejde i branchen<\/h4>\n<p>Administrerende direkt\u00f8r Jasper Eppingbroek sagde:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Materialesammens\u00e6tning, infrastruktur til indsamling og forarbejdningsruter bliver stadig vigtigere emner i vores branche. Samarbejdet hj\u00e6lper med at etablere en s\u00e6rlig rute for ONE-DNA\u2122-materialer og underst\u00f8tter vores fokus p\u00e5 monomaterialt produktdesign.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Eric van Roekel, CEO for GBN Group, tilf\u00f8jede:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ved at arbejde sammen i hele v\u00e6rdik\u00e6den kan vi skabe praktiske l\u00f8sninger til indsamling og forarbejdning, der bidrager til mere gennemsigtighed og sporbarhed i materialestr\u00f8mmene fra kunstgr\u00e6s.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4>Fremadrettet<\/h4>\n<p>Samarbejdet med GBN AGR var et praktisk skridt mod s\u00e6rlige ruter til indsamling og forarbejdning af kunstgr\u00e6s fremstillet af \u00e9n polymer.<\/p>\n<p>Ved at forene produktdesign, indsamlingslogistik og ekspertise i materialeforarbejdning ville de to organisationer bidrage til den fortsatte udvikling af l\u00f8sninger til materialeh\u00e5ndtering i kunstgr\u00e6sbranchen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Opdatering, oktober 2026: artiklen beskriver situationen p\u00e5 udgivelsestidspunktet (juli 2023).
